Dubp Entertainment Adds YouTube Reporting Imports and Live Feed Controls

The music portal can now register supported YouTube reporting jobs, import validated daily report files and distinguish configured jobs from evidence actually received from Google.

Dubp Entertainment has expanded its production music portal with a YouTube Reporting import workflow and evidence-based live-feed status controls. The completed portal update was reviewed in production on October 7, 2026.

From the owner-restricted label YouTube area, the portal can check the connected channel's supported report types and register missing jobs across a 20-report plan covering channel and playlist activity, devices, playback locations, geography, traffic sources, reach, cards, end screens, subtitles, sharing and demographics. A job is created only when Google lists that report type as available for the connected label channel.

The system stores each job separately from the report files Google later makes available. That distinction matters because creating a reporting job schedules future daily reports; it does not mean that a data file or metric has already been received. Google's documentation notes that the first downloadable reports can take up to 48 hours after job creation.

When report files become available, the importer accepts only authorized HTTPS downloads from the YouTube Reporting API, enforces a 10 MB limit, validates the CSV columns and rows, records the covered period and saves an import receipt. Previously imported files are skipped, successful imports remain preserved when another download fails and newer backfill reports can replace the current version for the same reporting period.

The portal's Live Feeds view now separates outgoing reporting-job records, available report-file listings and imported row evidence. Waiting, stored and unavailable states are reported independently so a configured job, an empty valid report and a failed provider check are not presented as the same condition.

This company-news report documents reporting infrastructure. It does not announce a new YouTube verification decision, partnership, subscriber total, view milestone, revenue result, music release, advertising campaign, award or staff hire, and it does not claim that a report contains data until a validated import receipt exists.
