FLOW KING BRAVE Explains DUBP’s New Data Receipts and Retry Controls

DUBP Entertainment’s deployed artist-data receiver adds a receipt-based delivery record to the label’s reporting infrastructure. Reviewed in production source on October 28, the workflow records whether a submission reached storage and whether a later request repeats the same normalized data.

The server derives a stable receipt identifier from the normalized submission. Before adding records, it checks for an existing receipt for that artist and submission. If one exists, the response identifies the request as a duplicate and returns the earlier receipt instead of adding another copy of the same metrics.

For a new submission, the storage batch contains the metric records and their associated receipt. The server then reads the receipt back before returning a successful delivery response. If the receipt cannot be confirmed or storage fails, the response reports that delivery was not confirmed.

The artist view can retrieve recent receipts and saved metric records for the selected workspace. Each receipt includes a received time and record count. Keeping those details with the imported data gives the label a concrete record for reviewing a report or investigating a retry.

A receipt establishes that the portal accepted an authenticated submission; it is not independent verification of the underlying provider numbers.
